Brokers and Third Party Intermediaries

Forum Leasing generates a significant amount of business from lease brokers, banks, captive finance companies, leasing companies, and other third party intermediaries. We underwrite all approved transactions submitted and do not "re-broker" lease paper to other leasing companies.

Program Overview

Qualifications:

Lease brokers must be in business for at least one year and complete our Broker Application. All other companies approved by DNB.

Transaction:

We are accepting transactions for our

	Investment Grade Program
	Technology Leasing Program
	Venture Leasing Program
	Tough Credit Program

Transaction Size:

Minimum $50,000

Financial Information:

We require full financial disclosure for all transactions submitted.

Fees:

Negotiated on a deal by deal basis.
